Qantas + Cathay Booking joining

A few questions,

Can you view Cathay Pacific bookings on the Qantas website?

Reasons I ask I am about to book a rewards flight through Qantas and a paid flight through the Cathay Pacific site and would like to join the bookings.

Any advice on joining the bookings or best way to handle it...... as her in doors doesn't want to sit with a stranger

Flight will be Per - HK - New York - Business if this has any relevance

You are not able to join bookings as such, but ask QF to complete a TCP so that both bookings have the information on them about each other.

You should have advance seat selection through both airlines for it not to be an issue of sitting next to strangers.
