Qantas sent sms at 12.30am yesterday to tell me my 7am flight was cancelled. Then told me I was on the Virgin flight that left 5 minutes earlier than QF .... so that was ok really, at least I could still arrive home at the same time.
Qantas Lounge was closed! No sign on the door. Just closed. Virgin stuck me in seat 17 .... not my usual Qantas row 1 or 2. But I got home.
Now my question is, will I need to chase Qantas to give me the SC, given I flipped back to zero on 1st November! I need them! Just email the frequent flyer address?
