The other day I while browsing prices on the Qantas site I stumbled across a 'business saver' fare, which from what I can tell is kind of like a red-e-deal version of a full business fare, like these economy fare cousins it was obviously a much cheaper option.

My question really is this, do they appear very often, what are some tips on finding them, and I am led to believe there is a first class version too.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Cheers

They're fairly common, generally the only difference is they're non-refundable. I've seen First Saver fares before but they may be less common.

Thankyou for taking the time to reply, so it appears my thoughts were accurate about the differences.

What I was really hoping for was if anyone had any tips about how to find them, do they appear for some destinations more than others? Is it better to look in the near future or long term plan. Is it just pot luck they show up when looking at normal fares?

Cheers
Scott

Just beware they seem to have quite strict cancellation penalties.
