Qantas Business Rewards website won't maintain login status?

I've been trying to make a hotel booking through Qantas Business Rewards and I just can't seem to do it.

First, I tried logging into my account using my Google Chrome browser and I couldn't even get to the login page.

Next tried using Firefox - I can get to the login page but after entering my email & password it immediately logs me out again and redirects me to the home page.

On Safari, I'm able to log in and search for a hotel but it then logs me out again and redirects me back to the home page before showing the search results.

I've tried using a VPN and re-doing the searches multiple times - it just doesn't work.

Is anyone else having similar problems?
 
It appears to be working for me on iPad / Safari. I was able to get to payment screen for a dummy hotel booking.

Although, I always get odd behaviour trying to jump across to QBR from my QFF account - never works properly and I have go to the QBR Login page and start from scratch.
 
BTW, any particular reason to book a hotel via QBR portal? You can just add the ABN at the time of booking via regular QF Hotel site.
 
Have you tried incognito? Sometimes that fixes things up

I've been having login issues for days. Try to log in, won't do it and goes to a weird login error screen. I'm trying to transfer points from the QBR account to mine and can't do it.

These are the offer T&Cs from the email:

** Eligible Qantas Business Rewards members will earn 2,000 bonus Qantas Points for every hotel booking made through their Qantas Business Rewards Account from 00:01 (AEST) 15 April 2024 until 23:59 (AEST) 12 May 2024 for travel until 11 May 2025. This is in addition to the standard earn rate for the Qantas Frequent Flyer of 3 points per A$1 spent, and the standard earn rate for the Qantas Business Rewards member for 1 point per A$1 spent on the total booking value. Excludes Classic Hotel Rewards, Airbnb and Qantas Holiday packages booked through qantas.com/holidays. Qantas Points will not be earned on cancelled or refunded bookings. Qantas Points cannot be split between two or more members occupying the same room. Members will not be able to redeem points for, or earn points on additional charges paid to the accommodation provider for extras (including cots, breakfasts and other incidentals) on check-in or check-out (as applicable). Qantas Points will be credited to your account at least 8 weeks after check-out. Hotels may require photo identification at check in and proof that the guest checking in is over 18 years old.

That is one of the various errors I got yesterday.

I'm having the same issue. Try deleting all cookies and still no luck. Any ideas how to fix this problem

Same login error tonight for me with Edge but working OK through Chrome though have to go through verification (code via SMS or email) to login.
