A recent booking for my upcoming Fiji holiday, paid on CC J class via QF multicity did not ticket after a few weeks.

I'd used the pay later for $25 option and the $50 had been deducted but when I went to pay the following week, the money never came off my CC. I noticed about 2-3 weeks later and called up, they fixed it and sent me the email. I still have 2 booking refs but I gather that one is for QF and one for Air Pacific or something?

Next I booked, last week, Sin-Per 1 way. Used my UATP Thank you/Sorry voucher from the QF strikes and then waited. I knew the voucher wouldn't cover the cost so was expecting a call from QF. I called them instead and processed my payment as the dollar is doing ok vs SGD

Now to my question/s- Would QF have called me prior to my trips to let me know that my flights were not in fact ticketed, or could I have rocked up to PER for my fiji trip not realising that I had only paid $50 to secure my booking?

I've had no experience with the pay later feature, but I've often turned up to the airport for a major international flight and my booking has not been ticketed.

Never been any problems.
