Qantas booking system lacks flexibility

I'm trying to change the date of my return flight with Qantas but it's not an easy task. I've already changed my return more than once which is how I discovered that Qantas will only allow me (and maybe everyone else), to 'Manage my Booking' once only. After that I have to call their reservations to make further changes.

I tried the best I could to find flights on the day that I wanted to return, in the same fare type as I have, but despite finding 'Saver' fares available, when I call reservations they can only find Flex or Business class fares. The person I spoke to had a heavy accent and was really quite unhelpful. She couldn't tell me what dates had availability ion my fare class and made me ask her to try each date. After trying about 4 days she asked what date I wanted to fly & I told her, the one that has my fare class. So she wouldn't try any more dates. So basically she just wanted to hang up. I insisted on being put through to the phone survey as I wanted to vent my frustration.

So my questions is, is there a way to find out what fare classes are currently available on Qantas flights, without going through reservation?
Also, where can I find the class code for my booking because I assume it's more detailed than Q Deal / Saver / Flex, etc

Tools like seatsaero, ITA matrix and expert flyer can provide this information.

These are published on the QF website and can be easily found with a Google search.

Thanks. I was meaning that I can't see the booking class that I'm travelling in. I can't find it on my confirmation

If you haven't flown yet you can look up the booking class online on the Qantas website.

Login into Qantas, then go to My Bookings find the booking, click on "Manage", scroll down to flight details, and look at the letter in () next to Travel Class, so in example below I know I booked Business Sale fare but it was booked as I class.

Whereas when I booked an economy Re-edeal I can see it booked in E class:

vs a Business Saver Fare that booked into D Class:
