Hi.
This morning I used the qantas online chat to change my flight to europe from premium economy to business. They advised me of the fees involved and they had a facility to pay these within the online chat system. Now when I log in to see the booking I can see that it has been changed to business class. However, it says that the booking is still being processed and I cannot really do much with it as everything is greyed out.

I am wondering what the normal processing time is for modified bookings to become confirmed. How long should I wait before getting worried and calling qantas?

Any feedback would be great.
cheers,
Andrew

You shouldn't be worried by the sound of it. Calling probably won't do any good unless it is imminent. Can be overnight or could be a week. I've even had them issue the ticket the day before the flight (3 months after booking). I never realised it wasn't ticketed till the email arrived.

Hi.
It took about 4 days but I have now been issued with an eticket and the booking has been confirmed so everything should be all good from now.
