I am in the early stages of planning a trip to USA/Canada in the Northern Summer 2010 - somewhere between 1 May and 31 August. I have tried to find the award blackout dates during this period on the Qantas FF pages, but cant find anything there.

Does anyone know the answer, or can you tell me where to look to get the information.

Thanks in advance

Qantas doesn't have blackout dates as far as I am aware.

Whether there are awards available on any particular day is another matter

There are no First Class 'award' seats offered by QF on QF73 between SYD-SFO in July and August 2010, although I was informed by QF that paid F class is available on those flights. I had to book my award F class flights through LAX as they are available during those months, but I don't know about other dates. To the best of my recollection J & Y awards seats were still available throughout the year.
