I'm WP flying SYD-AKL-PPT on a QF ticket in Y.

Was it determined whether I'll have lounge access in AKL?

We were in Y but the agent didn’t even look at that. Saw the Air Tahiti Nui flight number, ignored the QF flight number, and what I said, and turned us away.

From what I’ve read the answer should be yes. I’m waiting for qff to get back to me.

In theory the answer is yes and rules are very clear and state if a QF flight number then access is granted but it seems the AKL staff aren’t following the rules.

I guess could email Qantas prior to travel or send a message on messenger/X to get confirmation and then show it if access is declined.
