Qantas App/Site not showing all bookings?

QF has enhanced the app so it only shows flights from their booking system.
It no longer shows flights with other OW airlines.
In theory your flight should still be showing but I think it's worth checking to see if the problem is this simple.
Can you try using a browser instead of the app and on the QF website go to "manage booking"?
Also, it may be worth looking it up on the AY website.

Incidentally, QF's twitter/X account told me this change was introduced to make "My Trips" load faster.
I facetiously asked how many people had complained that it was too slow.
Crickets.
I think that applies when there is no QF fights on the booking not completely sure though.

Whether this booking has any QF flights on the booking we don't know, but I agree that it looks like a ticketing issue.

I believe the OP was talking about the "trips" tab in the mobile application, not about MMB which is where I suggested they go next.
The trips tab is one of the few parts of the app which is not simply a portal to the QF website.
Same, same. All “trips” booked via QF (with 081- ticket stock) should show there so you can click through to MMB in the app.

This hasn't been the case for reward bookings I made with Iberia and Air France respectively.
There were no real issues with the booking or with ticketing, and both showed up in MMB on the website and on the IB & AF websites.
Both had also initially shown up as Trips in the mobile app.
However when they enhanced the app, both bookings dropped out of view on the "Trips" tab.

That probably warrants a post here as an unintended consequence of the recent “enhancement”.

Possibly this issue is airline specific. Here’s a single sector AY award booking still showing in the QF app. This is the ipad version, but it’s also showing on my android phone app.

I think nit's likely to depend on the GDS the airlines use.
Yes, pretty much most Amadeus bookings associated with a QFF# used to appear in the QF app but rarely, if ever on the website. Not Amadeus bookings never appeared eg AA, unless there was a QF flight on the booking.

Presumably there was a filter for 081- tickets for the website?

Perhaps that’s now somehow been applied to the app BUT CRs on partner airlines should still be visible. That would be a bug in the QF IT if they don’t show eg a CR on AA still has a QF generated Amadeus PNR (AFAIK but I’m no expert - just based on what I’ve seen).

Then there is the added complication that some airlines (such as IB) use both an in-house booking system and a GDS.
So for every IB booking there is both a 5 character IB PNR and a 6 character Sabre PNR.
