Qantas app and website login broken?

Is anyone else having consistent issues with the Qantas app (on Android) not showing bookings? I just keep getting and error "That doesn't look right" try again even though it's a valid booking ref and name. I got a request to send my details to [email protected] for the app but no response or fix so far.

Also, the FF login on the Qantas website in the last few months seems to no longer be working for Chrome or Firefox.
Chrome and Firefox both report "We are unable to process this request currently. Please try again later."
MS Edge works as does DuckDuckgo.

Use both Android & Firefox, have had no issues with either.

With your bookings did you receive an email with the 081 ticket number listed or checked on a website/app like checkmytrip?

Yes, I get an e-ticket with an 081 number. If I log into the QAN website (using MS Edge) my bookings appear. On the app though no bookings appear by default under Trips. When I try to add one using the Booking reference it fails with the msg I showed earlier.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling...?

I've also been having the same issues with Firefox. I've had to use Chrome or Edge to do stuff on the PC. Android has been very inconsistent, and often tells me I have no trips booked.

Yes, done all the usual stuff.

I've been having the same issue with the Android app (trips don't show), for a number of months. There was a period of a few weeks recently where it worked, after an update. But then there was an update about a week ago after which it broke again.

It's quite annoying, as it was a nice way to see what flights I have coming up.
