I recall a discussion some years ago about the cheapest qualifying spend. As a past Qantas Amex Ultimate cardholder who converted to Qantas Amex Premium, the only bonus now on offer is two complimentary Qantas Club invitations. I unexpectedly qualified this year with a $10 transaction, the cost of replacing my wife's lost Qantas Cash card.
