Good grief I don't want to work on long flights arrrrfffgggghhhhh

Qantas lost its crown of ultra long haul routes but wants to lead in this area like Melbourne to Dallas !!!

I want Melbourne Berlin :D

Behind a paywall :(

I'm still hoping for the unlikely PER-LHR.

Being in the air for the better part of 18 hours - therefore the better part of a day - connectivity would certainly help with the isolation factor.

Not flying for work, I don't need wi-fi on board.
It's actually nice to get away from this technological world for a while, where your entire life is on FB or whatever.
I actually like to settle in, watch a movie or 2, read a real book etc

I have to admit, there is something nice about watching a movie and been unable to jump onto Wikipedia to see whom that actor was and what else he / she has been in.

I used to be against inflight wi-fi. Think it could be a good idea if not abused.

Couldn't read the article as it's behind a paywall, but how on earth is introducing wi-fi onto it's planes in 2017 "leading"? It's been around for years .....

Agree it's great to get away isn't it!
