Dear Ann,

The Qantas and American Airlines partnership offers more destinations, more comfort, more entertainment and more rewards. Flying to the USA has never been a better experience.

This means even more choice from Australia to over 150 destinations in North America. From 18 December, Qantas will fly over 40 flights a week to Los Angeles, New York, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Francisco[SUP]*[/SUP], Honolulu and Vancouver. Once in North America, connect with American Airlines and you can fly on a QF flight number to cities across the continent including Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas, New Orleans and Mexico City.

Plus, you can now book a QF flight number on new American Airlines operated direct flights between Sydney and Los Angeles for travel from 19 December.

Yes I received.

Ironic given my recent AA-QF experience when AA changed flight times and weren't interested in the mis-connect it created with me inbound on QF and offered up a 12hr connection rather than a (foc) re-route.

I wonder if we will ever see AA flying from PHX to Australia? It seems to be a fairly major hub.
