Korean Airlines ticket can be redeemed via Etihad Guest or Emirates Skywards which are both Amex partners. Of course subject to partner award availability and also not sure what the overall points cost will be (but 1 Amex point gets less Skywards than Etihad Guest points). Japan Airlines don't fly the sector, so no good using QFF for that. However you could use QF points (or Asia Miles - another Amex partner) on China Eastern.
Other option would be to transfer to a star alliance partner - Singapore Airlines - and use on Asiana.
Also don't forgot if you don't need specifically to be at PVG & ICN, then SHA-GMP is also an option.
