Parked my car at T2 last week at the Valet Parking at T2 labelled as Pronto but operated by Secure Parking. It was damaged by them but I failed to notice until the next day. I submitted a claim but they declined to take any responsibility. The facts were pretty clear. the moral is you now need to take note of any damage pre- and post- parking (and who's got time for that - isn't that the point of valet parking?).
Hope the new service for premier Virgin customers is more customer centric.
My only previous experience in this respect was with QF Valet parking (Hertz) at T1 15 years ago which saw them pay up without question.
Also note that you will no longer be able to pick your car up there - it will be across the road in the regular car park.
