You will probably need to be a Croweater to understand this post !

I am travelling to Singapore in two weeks and I will be catching up with my nephew who will be working in Singapore that week. He lives in Hong Kong. Being a true Croweater himself he has asked me to bring him a "bung of fritz". (Processed luncheon type meat in a vaccuum pack - that's the Croweater understanding piece). Does anyone know of any restrictions that would prevent me from taking a bung in my luggage out of Australia and into Singapore? Customs, AQIS etc. etc.

Many thanks
JB

Should not be a problem, I (and some colleagues) regularly bring meat into Singapore (last time I had about 10kg worth), and haven't had any issues. IIRC the limit is 5kg, but haven't heard anyone who has had problems with more than that.
