Has anyone else experienced issues with the credit of Velcoity points when booking stays through Hotel Club? I have been communicating with Velocity Rewards for months about stays in the 2nd quarter of this year.
Can anyone offer advice on how to speed up the process of the points allocation when I have followed all of the 'rules' ?
Many thanks.

Not hotelclub specifically, but with both Choice Hotels and their own V Australia.

They're absolutely shocking in trying to get such matters sorted out. They say to allow 3 months to address and then if that's exceeded you can look forward to much to and froing (e.g. even another 3 months) to try to get it resolved. My last issue, things just got mucked up from their side, and then when I thought things were dealt with they then came back another month later saying to send documentation through again and because I'd gotten rid of it after their previous communication, they said 'too bad, so sad' effectively.

Note there are some general reps here who may be able to assist. I don't like to bother them as it's not their role, but if it's worth it to you and you've exhausted the proper channels you could send a message to one of the airline reps.
