I booked 2 classic award flights today using points plus pay for EK flights.
The first one I used my ING debit card and the eticket came within a minute.
Now it's been an hour using my Virgin credit card (lol) and nothing has arrived. All I have is the Emirates reference (which I didn't receive for the first successful booking). I've been charged by Virgin and my points came out an hour after the immediate charge to my bank.
Anyone experienced this?
