Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

A number of times now I have flow CX Business Class using I Class Tickets - I have the first legs TPE-HKG-xx_ posting fine but then the first return leg back to HKG does not post (perhaps because it's on the same day and this blows the systems mind?).

Submit a claim and it comes back "unsuccessful, booking class ineligible - First" - most annoying and requires a call each time to get someone at QFF to override it.

Yes - this has happened to both my partner and I. I thought it may have been bad luck but if it's happening across the board then that's certainly very interesting. As with your experience, it needed a call before things could be sorted out.
