The real balance is in the five digits, but it only shows up on the statement. Whenever I access the account online, it shows a big fat 0. This started about a month ago, and I contacted citi CS twice already, and they're telling me that their "technical team" is going to look into it, blah blah. Has anyone else had this problem with citi rewards? Kind of pointless (pun intended) to spend on a rewards card where the balance remains 0... Any suggestion other than keep calling and waiting? TIA for any advice.
