Problem with Altitide Black reward account

I noticed that my usual full payment of monthly credit card bill had weirdly appeared on my online rewards statement as a negative transaction resulting in equivalent loss of points. I queried it and they said they are working on it but have no time frame for correction. Was wondering if anyone else had encountered this or if problem was specific to me.
