Problem Searching for award flights on different days

I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve tried over the last couple of weeks and on different devices. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

After selecting a route and date, May 2021, tick flexible, one way, use points, the page I get is the normal one showing all the availability over a month or so with the date I’ve selected highlighted. When I click on continue I get the normal page showing all the award options for that day.

The problem then is, when I return to the original page showing the month of availability and select a different date, then click on continue, nothing happens. I cannot select a different a different date.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks.

It would be really helpful if someone could check to see if this is a problem unique to me! I will then follow up with QF IT ....if there is such a department....if everyone else can use this feature in the usual way.

I was dong the same thing as you yesterday, multiple searches, and experienced no problems.

The only thing i’m thinking is whether you are booking too close to the release date of seats and it’s somehow triggering an error? My searches were for March and April, and no issues.

i have found the problem. I needed to use the ‘back’ button at the bottom left to return to the previous page showing all availibity for the month. I have always used the top left hand return to previous page arrow. That now causes the problem I had. Simple but frustrating until I worked it out. Thanks again.
