Problem accessing past webinars

I’m having problems accessing the past webinar archives.
I login to my membership page and then when I click on the webinar page I get this message.
This content is only available to AFF members with a premium subscription.

When I click on the link to login it tells me I’m already logged in so I am going around in circles.
I have used the contact us form on the membership page twice about this. Once several months ago and the 2nd time last week but no response.
I’m gold by the way.

I had that problem for a long time - I think it was because I had gifted Plat membership.

Now, I'm an 'honest' Plat, I see the same page as you do - log in, says I'm already logged in. However if I ignore that, and scroll down to the webinars





and click 'learn more' under Webinars, I get this:



Scroll down (there's a big blank gap part way for me) - keep scrolling and right down the bottom I see:



Click on webinar archives and I get (note it still wants me to log in)



Click 2026 I get ... and they play OK.



Does that all work for you? If not maybe tag admin here.

@admin - The page footer is showing above any of the actual webinar details. Also, I'm guessing we shouldn't be seeing the WordPress tools/menu banner at the top of that screen (see RooFlyer's screenshots for reference)?

You would be correct, unless everyone wants to become a writer.
