Priority Pass in SFO and DEN

Wondering if anyone could offer some assistance with regards to priority pass access.

I have only just got PP and have a few domestic flights in US in January on Delta..all booked in Y

I notice both SFO and DEN offer united lounge through PP but the obvious issue is different terminals.

I have a few hours to kill in both airports. Can you check in Delta and then pass through security in the other terminal where united lounges are ?
