Price difference to QF (codeshare)

Arising from this thread (below), I was wondering are there many other airlines that seem to consistently have cheaper prices than QF for flying on QF metal (as codeshare). If so, what are the different fare conditions? Assuming one of the difference might be a different SC earn rate for QFF members, but it might work better if one is a member of another FF program.

In January 2020 I was flying to Santiago and my TA was able to get a cheaper J fare through LATAM even though I was flying on Qantas metal. I was LTG and didn't think I was going to get to WP that year so wasn't fussed. In hindsight if I've booked a QF flight I'd still be WP even though I've hardly flown in the last two years.

I think it was about $2k but when I'm back home I'll see if I can find the emails from the TA

Hi - just checked through all the emails and the LATAM ticket on QF metal was about almost $3k cheaper
