Hi in the last week I have been trying to use PressReader through the Qantas Check in, each time I select a publication it wants to charge my ITunes account, never had this problem in the past, do Qantas still offer it
or is this another enhancement.

I used it last week. You have a short window on the day before your flight to do the download. At first it said something about charging iTunes (or rather it wanted my iTunes password), I just kept on clicking titles and they didn't end up costing anything.

Has worked well for me lately (including in the last fortnight). Need to be in the 12 hour window before a flight. I tend to just fire it up in the lounge and let it download a few mags. Key is to make sure it connects via Qantas and you get a welcome message noting this is courtesy of Qantas.

I used it on Monday night before my Tuesday morning flight and downloaded lots of magazines and newspapers.

However, I found that many of the items shown weren't available for free via Qantas. When I got a payment panel I declined it and tried another.

What would've been good would the option to download the Australian daily newspapers for the day of travel. It would save Qantas having to put them out in the lounges.
