Ive bought from Sim Corner in the past and had no issues using their sims. Its kiosk is just a small walk past the Etihad lounge, surrounded by pax seating.

This is extremely disappointing.

Obviously the company could not make a profit from this product.

I have a staff member in Japan returning tomorrow and has reported no problems/issues with this product.

I love my wifi devices they have in japan. useful for up to 10 people so great fro 2 couples travelling together etc
