Premium line doesn't recognise my QFF no

Trying to reschedule a flight and the system advised me my QFF is not valid. Yep tried a few times and doesn't work.

The line also advised there is currently lengthy delays

I just attempted to log in to see if yesterday afternoon's flight had landed. I get an error telling me that my FF number is not correct. Mobile app is working fine but no update there either. I want to see that little dark grey swoosh in the right hand corner! I finally made platinum last night

I tried again in IE and could get in. Might be a Chrome problem. No update though
