Pre Paid SIM in Europe

Very impressed with the Three 30 day sim we bought in Edinburgh fo £20. Good usage in Scotland and England and works just like in UK in Spain with same calls and full internet usage. It seems finally the EU has forced phone companies to stop the ripoff. If only Australian telecos were forced to comply, the world would be a better place.

I was in Europe last month and bought a prepaid Vodaphone SIM for 5 euro. If I don't use it within the next 12 months it will expire, but if I do use it within that time it is good for another 12 months. So if I do not return to Europe within the next year and I remember to do it, I could simply send a SMS message and that will keep it alive.
