I don't use Webjet as my travel agent is generally cheaper but while not available for every day of the week, MEL - MNL - LHR return in J on A359 near new aircraft (sometimes A333 refurbished MEL - MNL or v.v.) available on PR for A$4681 (plus Webjet fees).

The dates I checked were outbound 5 March, returning from London 19 April.

Both A359 and A333 (refurbished ones, the ones not done are never now on the Australia runs) have 1-2-1 configuration in J.

There are two distinct schedules for SYD and MEL/MNL and v.v. so you need to check days as one of the two flights to/from either offers the best London connections. BNE - MNL and .v.v. has increased to 5x week, so not yet daily.
