PR has a sale that I've already created a thread for from SYD and MEL.
However it's just added BNE (which has five A321neo flights a week BNE - MNL - BNE - 2-2 lie flat in J, 3-3 in Y) with return 'all in' fares between BNE and a large number of Asian destinations from A$3950 return in J and A$700 in Y.
These A321neos only have 12 seats in J so it's a small cabin, but PR was the first international airline into Oz to configure a narrowbody plane like this.
The fares are variable:

They're available for many months but not during the Christmas six week (northbound) peak period.
PR is a full service airline, long established with a good safety record and I find good service on board.
While not many may want to backtrack from MNL to SIN, BNE - SIN Y class return is from a bargain basement A$390. Pick one's flights between MNL and SIN carefully as the equipment used varies.
BNE - HKG is a pretty good fare at A$400 return in Y with MFM available for the same price, so an open jaw ticket should be available.
The standout is BNE - MNL - Japan - wider number of destinations than airlines like QF - that PR has in Y - from A$480 return. Flying into cough and out of HND shouldn't be a problem. Check on website www.flightradar24.com as to which aircraft type normally operates each flight as for instance the A321neos can be sometimes used and they have 2-2 in J and full IFE, unlike the older A321s that lack both. TPE in Taiwan is the same fare.
J fares ex BNE return to HKG at A$2300 and Japan at A$2700 are very good. Again, check the aircraft beyond MNL to try to get the most comfortable conveyance.
I'd contact a travel agent that specialises in Philippines as they're highly likely to undercut these fares. Look them up on ITAMatrix, and then ring the travel agent but keep 'em honest by not suggesting what the fare is on ITAMatrix.
Philippine Travel and Trade in Brisbane has been around for a while but I've never used it: 07 3376 7990.
