Hi,

I will be flying Emirates Mel - Rome (FCO) next year. I will have a 6 hour wait until my AirOne flight from Rome to Alghero (Sardinia) - which will depart from the FCO domestic terminal.

I have a Priority Pass lounge membership which gives me access to the following lounges in FCO:
* Executive Centre (Domestic Terminal - A) - no shower
* I Mosaici (Terminal B - airside) - shower
* Le Anfore (Business) (Terminal C - airside) - shower

As I will be dying for a shower after my flight, I am wondering whether I will be able to pick up my bags and then access the airside I Mosaici or Le Anfore lounges? Or won't that be possible as my boarding pass will be for the domestic terminal? I have googled this question and someone seems to suggest it is possible by "going through an airside immigration channel" but no further details.

Can anyone advise?

Alternatively, if not possible to get back airside after picking up baggage, would it be possible to dash in for quick shower before picking up my baggage or are the airside departure lounges segregated from arrivals?

Thanks
Christine
