[h=5]Hi everyone.
I had a small "incident" (supposed new scratch on alloy rim) on my Hertz rental car recently.
I lodged my claim through Ace Insurance (AmEx Centurion) on Monday Aug 12. Received an email Friday Aug 16 saying they were having problems with their direct credit payment system, and they would send me a cheque. Cheque arrived Tuesday Aug 20 - for the full amount I claimed. They did not take out an "excess" or "processing fee" or anything.
Very impressed with their service.
Now......if only I can get the double processing fee that Hertz have charged me (that they need a minimum if 2 weeks to investigate !) refunded - I would be happy !!!! Two thumbs up to Ace Insurance though ![/h]Cheers,
