So I'm booked on a PER-SYD Fully Flex ticket and submitted a points upgrade (10,000) which went through straight away, then due to a change of plans pushed the itinerary back 2 days, and of course the upgrade has dropped off, however no points have been put back in my account. I'm guessing I should get 5000 points back.
Anyone had similar issues?
