I just checked my Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
On 4th Feb I stayed at Brisbane Marriott Hotel and earned 259 points, on 6th Feb those 259 points were credited to my Qantas FF account.
On 8th Feb I stayed at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast and earned 341 points. Those points have not been credited to my Qantas FF account.
On 9th Feb I stayed at JW Marriott Gold Coast and earned 534 points. On 11th February those points were credited to my Qantas FF account.
On 12th February I stayed at W Brisbane and earned 635 points. Those points have not been credited to my Qantas FF account.
Does anyone else have similar experiences, and if so can you advise what you did about it? I talked online with someone in India who was so embarrassingly useless it was mind blowing.
