Points not posting since 'maintenance'

Last week, there was a notice on the QFF site about maintenance for about 3 days. Since then I have had a regular bank transfer and an Epiqure purchase with bonus points go missing. These usually post like clockwork but are now over a week late. Has anyone experienced similar problems and what is the best avenue to have this fixed ? I tried sending a message through customer support but that has fallen on deaf ears.

Give it some time. Points from QF Credit Cards arrived 5 days later than expected for me, but did arrive. Unusual re epiqure, but I suspect they will show. Hope so for you :)
 
Definitely still having problems post site update even with Qantas items.

Took 2 days for syd-mel points and SCs to post, usually takes a few hours. And none of my uber trips have posted for over a week now.

Tonight checked in for flight home at airport, which is now delayed 90mins, boards showing change of gate (not time), sms from qantas says flight has changed and app tells me i need to check in again. Go to counter and they reprint boarding pass with a new time, but have no idea why departure board doesnt show a new boarding time or why app tells me to check in again as same flight number.

Feel sorry for the QC staff so many people thoroughly confused, and they cant see whats happening on their compter and have to keep making calls to find out.

The old version of site wasnt great but it did work, now i dont trust anything any of the sites or apps say. They need to sort this mess out.

And yet I have seen a report of points being posted prior to a flight taking off (!)
 
For the last year at least, all my domestic flight points and sc's would credit like clockwork a few hours after the flight landed.
Since the site went down for maintenance a few days ago it has taken taken 2 days for each of my last 3 flights to credit.
 
Anyone knows who their vendor for this "improvement" project is? Recent offshoring of their call centre and this system upgrade has brought service to all new lows, very very frustrating.
 
I booked classic rewards flights 24hrs ago and still haven’t received the tickets. If I try to resend them via the bookings page, it just errors.
 
The Qantas Business Rewards site is not able to transfer to FF without a phone call so there are likely to be all sorts of issues for third party transfers too.
