Definitely still having problems post site update even with Qantas items.
Took 2 days for syd-mel points and SCs to post, usually takes a few hours. And none of my uber trips have posted for over a week now.
Tonight checked in for flight home at airport, which is now delayed 90mins, boards showing change of gate (not time), sms from qantas says flight has changed and app tells me i need to check in again. Go to counter and they reprint boarding pass with a new time, but have no idea why departure board doesnt show a new boarding time or why app tells me to check in again as same flight number.
Feel sorry for the QC staff so many people thoroughly confused, and they cant see whats happening on their compter and have to keep making calls to find out.
The old version of site wasnt great but it did work, now i dont trust anything any of the sites or apps say. They need to sort this mess out.
