Last year if you flew DOMESTIC flights with VA and the points had not processed you could ring up, the agent would confirm that you flew by bringing up your reservation and enter your points pretty much straight away. A couple of flights were added within minutes of me hanging up when I checked my account.
After the cutover I have had a few domestic flights which have not credited. When I spoke to the Platinum line I was advised that they no longer add points over the phone because people were getting double points and status credits. :shock: I was also advised that this would be fixed and is a priority. It is now 3months since cutover and it is still not fixed, instead we have to email our details and wait WEEKS for the points to be added if they are added at all without you chasing it up every few days.
Wasn't Sabre meant to make things easier!!
