Points expired after 10 days?

I signed up the Hertz reward program for the first time last month and on checking my account recently I see +875 points for my first (and only) rental on Sept 4 followed by - 800 points on Sept 14 for "Expired Points".

Is this normal? I submitted a help ticket but never received a response.
