Points Club Plus - Disappeared after Anniversary

Hi All,

My anniversary for status was 31 March and I did enough to maintain SG and earnt 400,000 odd points on the ground earning PC+. Prior to 31 March my account was showing PC+ as being out until March 2025. As of today however my account is showing no Point Club Status (other than 0 points earnt) and no status credits rolled over.

Question is - Is there usually a lag between the anniversary and the status being re-instated? I don't recall one in the past... I'm dreading a phone call to QF to try and sort it out so thought I'd try here first if anybody had any expirence.
 
You are probably best to call.

My anniversary month is December. A few days into January, my Points Club disappeared as well as my Platinum status (reverted to LTG). It took two weeks of calls to get Platinum reinstated, and over a month before Points Club was reinstated. In both cases, the emails were worded as 'congratulations for achieving".

No explanation of why it was revoked, other than one agent mentioned that Points Club reinstatement was something which "had to be actioned by the IT department" and the agent couldn't do it directly.

I suspect this is an IT glitch which looks to be ongoing, you're best to call. Sorry.
 
Had a similar issue last year, but with regular Points Club. Got the runaround several times and took me a month to resolve. Documented in the general Points Club Discussion thread.

Thanks mate. When you got it credited manually did the 100SC role over occur automatically and the vouchers appear or did you need to chase those as well.
 
I am only Points Club, but I took some reward flights during the period PC was "revoked". I was assured I would get the SC retrospectively once it was reinstated. I resisted calling once PC had been reinstated for me, and the SC came through a few days later.

Regular Points Club doesn't have SC rollover so can't answer that one. The vouchers came automatically though.
 
Ok, well, I have to admit - I'm somewhat surprised.

Called QF FF this morning. Explained the situation (turns out my status was also bumped back down to Silver). The CSA indicated the status would be fixed today but the PC+ required work from another department. Advised I would receive an email or phone call from her this afternoon.

Come 6pm with no call recevied, I called back and explained the whole thing again. CSA went away and did stuff, came back and said that the issue with status not renewing is affecting lots of people (not sure I believe that) and that it would be fixed tomorrow. She couldn't provide any advice around PC+. I resigned myself to continuing to call daily for the next six weeks.

Just logged into my QF Account now - Both Gold and PC+ have returned. Amazed.

No sign of the status credit roll over so I'll be calling about that tomorrow. But still, I have to give credit where its due, I'm somewhat impressed with the quick resolution. Maybe it was an IT glitch that was automatically rectified...who knows.

Give them at least a few days for the rollover imo. Sometimes they take a few days normally.
 
Similar (but different) issue for me tonight. I transferred points from QBR to my own account and my “progress to PC+” went DOWN by 20k points… I’d already capped out on the 20k you can count towards PC+ in a membership year, so this transaction shouldn’t have affected the PC tally at all… Clearly they are having lots of gremlins at the moment.
