Sounds like the purchase price could be agreed and only then tell them it’s going on CCS.

Interested to know if anyone on here has purchased a property via CC?

I've spoken to Amex they don't have any issue allowing me to pre-load the card for the purchase price. Haven't spoken to the agent yet....

Hi everyone, my name is Mike, I'm a FF points addict...
A quick question for my fellow zealots...My primary FF account is Qantas and prior to Covid I was also amassing Velocity points, mainly via FlyBuys. I cashed out >500k of Velocity points in April as I got spooked. No regrets.
I continue to collect FB points through select shopping at Coles using their offers, etc but am now questioning their actual worth - I'm loathe to start transferring back into Velocity for the near future . Has anyone found any decent value options within FB other than transferring them to Velocity (I'm sitting on >400k)?

Thanks, cashing them out at that time of the year sounds like a good option - and no doubt, well received by the recipients.
Yeppers young family and mortage. We don't do any thing much special to accumulate them but they definitely do add up over time

Flybuys quarterly mail out here keeps telling me I am in the top 25% last and 10% before that in WA "collectors". And while I do cash out and mostly pay attention to the bonus specials, my yearly totals would struggle to make 3 figures in dollars.

But then I also shop the weekly specials at BOTH Coles and Woolies and I consider it a poor shop if the register receipt does not explain that I saved at least 20% of the cash total.....
