Has anyone been given extra status credits for this year? My Plat expired on December 31 and because I have taken 6 flights it rolled over - my card on the app has no expiry date still shows 2021 maybe after my flight next month it will update. My question is that my brother in law had the same expiry date and was 'given' 390 SC for this year. He lost 960 SC and I lost 835SC so nearly the same but no SC for me? I was wondering if any one else had received any?

My QF anniversary is also 31/12, QF Platinum since 2019. I did NOT take any $ flights in 2021, but I got 15 SC for being double vax. On 01/01, I got 15 SC into my account, nothing more.

Were those 6 flights booked before or after November 23, 2020? If they were booked before then this would make sense.

Were those 6 flights booked before or after November 23, 2020? If they were booked before then this would make sense.

Yes the flights were booked in the right time frame so that is not a problem . I was hoping that a flight taken next month will kick the card over. I am still showing as Plat so that is fine and I am sure I have the extension. Sounds like some processing has not kicked in properly (with the expiry date not being extended - mine did back when it should have a few months back). It may be worth a call to QFF service team (yes I know a bit of a wait I am sure).. or just give it some time. if you booked at least one flight post November 23,202(as you say you did) then any SC's earned should have rolled over subject to the limits, and obviously not including bonuses like DSC.

I honestly do not think your flight next month will kick anything (but hey anything is possible I guess). Even if it was booked last year you're taking it in this membership year so it shouldn't have any effect on last year's tally or status situation.

I'm also WP with expiry date 31/12 and I got 30 SC rolled over that would normally have expired. That's probably all I flew in 2021 anyway. Not sure what you mean by 'extra' SC though.

My B-I-L expiry was also on the 31/12. His card expiry is now 2022 and he was given 390SC and we don't know why, reckon it was a rollover of sorts poss to help him to P1.....was just curious if anyone else has.....however I have written to the Service Centre and will wait and see if I get a response.

It would be documented in his activity statement.

there's no "help" to get to P1 or whatever. Everyone eligible for the November 2020 promo got the rollover SC as part of that. The rollover of 390 would have to be the base SC he earned during his 2021 membership year (assuming he is Plat or higher now as a Gold would have only had 300 rolled over as a maximum). I understand he earned more SC per the previous posts, but how many of those would have been bonuses like Loyalty Bonus and DSC and things like that?

If he is really curious all he has to do is call to get it clarified.

Is it known for sure that DSC do not get rolled over? I had asked previously about this and others seemed to think (or know) that they did.

Feedback....I wrote to them and got a response stating that my status has now been updated to reflect 31.12.2022 and that my SC have rolled over ......what I actually earned in SC I think. This would make sense with my BIL amount too. It seems I had to write to them to get it to be activated due to a glitch in the system. All good now.
