We are travelling with emirates to the UK from Melbourne via Dubai and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a Plane Pal being denied use. We have two young kids and have used them before on Singapore airlines but wondering if Emirates allows you to use them. It says on their website they don’t but looking elsewhere people are still saying they can.
