Plane loses control as dog runs into its path

Happened in Indonesian Papua province and includes a Youtube video showing the aircraft veer off the runway and destroy the right side undercarriage and propeller.

A PLANE carrying 30 passengers has lost control while landing in Indonesia's remote Papua province after a dog ran across the runway.

Hey, same thing happened in Canberra last year (albeit with much less damage to aircraft) when someone's beloved pet pooch escaped from a transport crate and ran in front of a Virgin Blue 737.
