Had the benifit of these before my 1:40am redeye flight last Monday morning. Time is limited to 90 minutes, and initially did 9:00pm till 10:30pm but did another hour as not all were in use. I slept well. (Not surprising given my previous hours of lounge hopping.)
They are not really "Rooms" as such but alcoves along one side of a corridor. Privacy come from thick curtains for each.
There was a control to bring down a blind over the window.
There were two light switches but one did not work for the light along the blind. So, using eye mask and ear plugs it went well.
