Phishing email: New Update from Qantas

omg, I fell for this email today. As soon as I had entered my details I knew I had been done over. Quickly changed my PIN on the real site..

Here is the email:

Dear Client,


PLEASE UPDATE YOUR QANTAS ACCOUNT INFORMATION.


We're writing to inform you that our system recorded a failed attempt with your user ID from another location,
we suspect that it may have been attempted in order to gain access to your online account.
Therefore, immediate Profile Update of your account is required for pending security measures to be completed.


Please update profile immediately by following this link.

The underlying URL goes to jechglobal instead of Qantas.com

Absolutely agree, in hindsight. It's been a shocking day, up until 1 am last night on a proposal, in/out around appointments this morning, check email and just clearing everything off, I was way too efficient.
 
And never follow a link in any unexpected email - type it manually or use your favourites
