Philippine Airlines to (re)commence PER-MNL flights.

Saw this article today, might be an interesting connection option if the rates are low enough for J, but it's a long way in Y on a 321.
 
Last time this airline tried the route it was via DRW, with some DRW-PER sectors allegedly having only 35 passengers.

The route (to PER) lasted three months or thereabouts IIRC.

If they price them similar to what they do for East Coast flights I think they could make a decent fist of it.
