What is preventing me from leaving and returning?

Having to go out through immigration and then back through and the process of queuing for hours with the unwashed masses.

Ok got that, so you can leave but you need to deal with the unwashed.

I don't believe MNL has priority screening?

I will leave the airport if I have at least 5 hours and factor in an ‘estimate’ of mixing with the unwashed. So far I've got it right, MNL would be a hard one to judge but have checked in at NAIA on minimum times (spruce organisational and traffic issues) and it's not a recommendation I could confidently make.
