Has anyone encountered this issue?

I am trying to book a multi-city award using various AA only flights but I get an error message just before the credit card payment screen. The premium desk said it was because AA uses a different booking system which causes a lag so even though award seats are showing as available on QF.com it isn’t actually available. I’ve tried picking different flights but I always get the error message. Unfortunately I can’t tell which flight is the one that doesn’t really exist. I checked BAEC and AAdvantage but they’re showing different availability to each other. Anyone know if there’s a free way for me to check online the actual availability of AA award flights that QF has access to?
