Travelled from Perth to Melbourne business class this morning and it was fantastic.
Bags were priority tagged and came out first. I was seated in 1F in BSI aircraft and was very comfortable. Pre take off juice or water was offered (6.10am) flight. Addressed by name by FA's every time. Shortly after take off the usual address detailing services available changed to include welcoming business class customers and advising that forward lavatory was for business class while the 2 at the rear were for economy. Only 2 made it past the FA's for the entire flight with them turning all others back.
Breakfast was nice but could have been hotter. Choice of vegetarian frittatas or leg ham, cheese, mushrooms and potato rosti. Additional fruit salad and croissant. All the food was great.
Comfort pack on seat when arrived with a fleecy blanket, eye covers, socks and toothbrush with paste.
All in all a great experience with very attentive and professional crew and if this is what we can expect on all flights going forward, VA are on a winner.
